Chain-headway Machine Tools Co., Ltd was established in 1991. At the initial stage of its establishment, it focused on sales of the mechanical parts, milling machine precision cutters and milling machine jigs in the name of SYIC brand, which gives it an excellent reputation in the machinery industry. The Company invested the capital, talents, technology in 1994 to develop and design expendable cutting tools so as to meet the market demand. Meanwhile, the Company gives top priority to the customers, provides reasonable sales network, superior quality and specialized services, develop cutters and provides technical support and takes them as the tenet for further development. In order to improve the quality of products, the Company cooperated with the European-American specialized cutter manufacturers in 1999 to develop cutting tools and created the Chain-Headway brand, which is saleable around the globe.
In response to the demand from the customers for specialized services, the Company established Taichung Branch in 1999, Taipei Branch in 2000 and furthermore some service stations (Xiamen (Mainland) Operation Headquarters, South China Guangdong, East China Jiangsu, North China Dalian and West south Chongqing) in Mainland China subsequently after 2000, which provides all the technical support to Taiwan businessmen and local machinery practitioners and in 2004, Fengyuan Office was established for the enhancement of service team.
In answer of internationalization trend, the Company started ISO9001 system management in 2004 and passed ISO9001 certification in April, 2004. Not only the quality control and management but also the internal management is required to be implemented to accomplish the goal of providing customer-oriented services.
The 21stcentury is a century for high-speed machine in the machinery industry. Chain-Headway Machine Tools Co., Ltd has invested a large amount of capital and R&D personnel to develop the high-speed toolbars and high-speed cutters to satisfy the market demand and construct the 21st century together.
